It’s been awhile since I’ve done a #Fitness post, so...



It’s been awhile since I’ve done a #Fitness post, so I thought I’d hit you with this throwback to almost a year ago.💪🏾 It’s about time to start #Shredding again but I’m conflicted with sacrificing #Strength. Strength training has always been easier for me because of the strict diet of “as long as it fits my macros,” or #IIFYM (eating whatever I want). But with shredding, that’s not the case at all! 😑 You have to be much more disciplined about everything you eat, how you eat it, and when you eat it. So making this commitment is a #Challenge but again, nothing worth having comes easy. At the same time, it’s a little easier knowing you’re not alone in the world, so I’m asking if anyone else is making the same commitment? If so, let’s challenge and push each other over the brink of failure until we fall and land on success!
